Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sarvashakthipeetam.com, operated by Shri Kumar Gems, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer a smooth shopping experience. Because many of our items are silver, handcrafted, religious, or customized, we follow a strict but fair Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Before Shipping Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests must be emailed or messaged immediately. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

1.2 After Shipping Once shipped, no cancellations are accepted. Refusal to accept delivery will result in shipping charges being deducted from any refund (if applicable).

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Since our products include silver jewelry, silver utensils, pooja items, temple kavachas, vigrahas, and handcrafted items, RETURNS ARE LIMITED to specific conditions.

2.1 Eligible for Return/Replacement You may request a return or replacement ONLY if: The product received is damaged or defective The product received is incorrect There are missing items in the package Packaging is severely damaged during transit You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery You must provide unboxing video + photos as proof Without proof, claims cannot be accepted.

2.2 Not Eligible for Return Returns are NOT accepted for: Change of mind after purchase Size or weight variations (handmade silver items may vary slightly) Used, worn, or tampered items Tarnishing or natural discoloration of silver over time Temple items, religious items, vigrahas, kavachas Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products Items bought during sale or special discount offers

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when: A product is unavailable/out of stock A cancellation is accepted before shipping A return is approved after verification A defective/wrong item return claim is validated

3.1 Refund Method Refunds are issued via: Original mode of payment Bank transfer (in special cases)

3.2 Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds take 3–7 working days to process. Bank/card/UPI delays are not under our control.

3.3 Deductions

Shipping charges are non-refundable In case of return without valid reason, shipping + handling charges will be deducted

4. Exchange Policy

We do NOT offer direct exchanges because of product uniqueness and purity variations. Only approved replacements for damaged or incorrect items are allowed.

5. Damaged Item Policy

To file a claim for a damaged item, the following are mandatory: Unedited unboxing video Photos of the damaged product Photos of outer packaging Request submitted within 24–48 hours Without these, we cannot raise a claim with the courier partner.

6. Non-Delivery or Wrong Delivery

If you did not receive your order or received the wrong product: Contact us within 48 hours Provide order number and evidence We will investigate and provide a resolution

7. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for: Delays caused by courier services Incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer Customer not being available to receive the package Re-delivery charges may apply if the courier returns the product.
